About the Program

The Bankers School for Supervisory Training, or BSST,  is a three-day program aimed at developing managerial skills for frontline supervisors. The annual school is held twice each year and hosts students from all over the state. 2023 marked the school's 50th anniversary with more than 4,500 banker graduates since the school began.

Bankers School for Supervisory Training 2024 Summer Session Held

Sessions included DiSC Personality Profile, Time Management, Management Behavior, Performance Evaluations, HR Overview/Supervisor Best Practices, Leading High Performance Teams and Generational Differences in the Workplace.
