New Hancock Whitney Logo & Brand Unveiled

Earlier this month, Hancock Whitney Bank unveiled a new brand as the bank prepares for formal renaming in late May. Crafted from a shared history that started in the early 1900s, the brand embodies the bank’s mission, builds on a century of tradition, and sets the stage for the next chapter in the bank’s growth. New signs with the new logo have started going up at Hancock Whitney headquarters, regional offices, 200-plus financial centers and more than 260 ATMs. Over the next couple of months, clients will see brand updates to online and mobile banking, debit and credit cards and checks. 


Origin Bancorp Tours Nasdaq, Rings Closing Bell

On Thursday, May 17, Origin Bancorp, the financial holding company for Origin Bank, celebrated its recent listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange by engaging in the time-honored tradition of ringing the bell to officially mark the closing of the trading day. Origin’s stock was officially listed on the Nasdaq exchange Wednesday, May 9, under the symbol OBNK.  


Home Federal Bank Named CFF Community Champion for Dual Sponsorship

Home Federal Bank was named Community Champion for their dual sponsorship of both the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Great Strides 30th Anniversary and Shreveport-Bossier City's Finest, two annual events that aim to promote CF awareness and honor those in their community who continually commit their time and effort to making a difference in the lives of those living with cystic fibrosis. Red River Bank opens new business banking center in Lake Charles 

Red River Bank opens a new business center in Lake Charles. The bank opened its initial location in Lake Charles in July of 2017 operating as a loan production office on Market Street. The new business center, where all banking services will be conducted, is located at 4112 Lake Street, Suite 200.

Bank of Zachary has announced the promotion of Mark Marionneaux to president and chief executive officer. Current Chief Executive Officer Preston L. Kennedy stepped down on May 15. He will now serve as President Emeritus of the bank and continue as president and chief executive officer of Zachary Bancshares, Inc., the parent company of Bank of Zachary, and as vice chairman of the Bank and ZBI.
