This program is Day 3 of a 3-day school. Day 1 (Commercial Financial Analysis: Intro. to Financial Analysis) is on April 7. Day 2 (Commercial Financial Analysis: Tools of Financial Analysis) is on April 8. It is not required that you attend all 3 days of the school. Registration is separate for each day.

This course will cover credit management including the techniques for the early detection of a financially distressed business and will review how examiners grade commercial loans in today's regulatory environment. The course will also cover the following areas of CRE Lending: 

  • Key characteristics of ADC, Construction, Balloon and Bullet, Mini-Perm and Permanent Loans
  • Typical CRE Loan Documentation and Terms 
  • Guidelines for Reviewing CRE Appraisals
  • Monitoring Construction Draws
