The Bank Counsel Peer Group provides a great forum for banking attorneys- both in-house counsel and law firm practitioners, to share ideas and best practices relative to legal issues impacting the banking industry.  We will discuss how COVID-19 is impacting banking and the practice of law. In addition, we will discuss recent state legislation.
