Overview

Consumer accounts often stay with us from birth to death.  Learn more about setting up individual, joint and POD accounts.  We will cover Customer Identification Programs (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and IRS reporting.  Learn how to add signers, take off PODs and change types of accounts.  We will cover disclosures that we give out for Reg CC, Reg DD, Privacy and many compliance aspects of these accounts.

Instructor

Debbie Crawford is the President of Gettechnical Inc a Florida based training company.  Her 30+ years of experience began at Hibernia National Bank in New Orleans.  She does training on deposits, BSA, IRAs, tellers, compliance and many other areas of the financial institution.  She graduated from Louisiana State University with both her Bachelor and master’s degrees.
