Overview
This training uncovers some of the hidden features of the LaserPro software. Participants will learn convenient shortcuts, beneficial tips, and recommended best practices.
Main Objective:
Learn additional tips, tricks, shortcuts, and best practices that are not typically taught in LaserPro trainings.
Agenda:
- Discussion and hands on work applying shortcuts including software shortcuts, keyboard shortcuts, and mouse shortcuts
- Discussion and hands on work using tips and best practices relating to admin functionality and user functionality
- Discussion and hands on work of utilizing help options built inside the software
- Discussion and hands on work with adding additional language into LaserPro documentation with LaserPro Provisions feature
- Discussion and hands on work with adding additional documents into LaserPro package with LaserPro Exhibits feature
- Discussion and hands on work with changing boiler plate language in LaserPro documents with the LawyerPro feature
- Demonstration of LaserPro’s new Custom Document Management feature
Prerequisites:
To fully benefit from this course, participants should possess the following knowledge and skills:
- Basic computer skills
- Basic window-based program skills
- Enough knowledge and experience with LaserPro to know how to navigate through a transaction, complete a loan in the system, and generate documents
Instructor
Teresa Uptain is a Software Training Advisor for Finastra. Prior to joining Finastra, she has an extensive 15 year background working in the banking industry in which she holds many accomplishments. Teresa joined Finastra, the world’s 3rd largest Fintech company, in 2016. She joined the company as a LaserPro Trainer. She has since evolved in her position and currently trains on many of the company’s software. She remains a Subject Matter Expert with the LaserPro software.
