This is an advanced level course that focuses on how to document fee changes and tolerance cures for loans subject to the TRID Regulation. This functionality will be demonstrated while documenting a construction loan. The course is taught at an advanced level with the expectation that participants already have experience with the basic workflow and navigation of a TRID loan. This is a hands-on course. Each participant will be completing hands on work on a computer. Please Note: This is not a compliance seminar. The trainer cannot render compliance advice or legal advice. Main Objectives: Learn how to document fee changes and tolerance cures on TRID loans Learn how to document construction loans in LaserPro Agenda: Complete the Processing workflow to generate and review a Loan Estimate and early disclosure package for a construction loan Properly document fee changes, tolerance cures, and redisclosure of Loan Estimate Complete the Doc Prep workflow to generate and review a Closing Disclosure and closing document package for a construction loan To fully benefit from this workshop, participants should possess the following skills: Basic window-based computer skills Basic knowledge of working through consumer loans in LaserPro Basic knowledge of the bank’s lending policies and practices relating to Consumer loans

Each participant will be completing hands on computer training during the class.
