Overview Several COOs have asked about regularly scheduled in-person roundtable discussions and that’s what we are beginning on Thursday October 1. Ginger Laurent will join you as facilitator for this first session. This first COO Discussion Group will be for COOs to discuss current issues, challenges, concerns, and best practices; as well as, for the group to decide how best to proceed. Do you want to hire a facilitator; do you want to manage the group yourselves; do you want to meet twice or three times a year; how many hours per session do you want to meet? There are several questions we’ll answer on October 1; then, we’ll be off and running, making this group whatever is most beneficial to you. Let us know if you need more information now.
