This toolkit is a resource for banks that want to start a management trainee program.  

 

The purpose of the management trainee program is to provide participants with comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the banking industry in an effort to prepare them for future leadership roles within the bank. During the 12-month program, trainees will gain real-life, hands-on experience across key areas of the bank.  Program is managed by the Management Training Program Director.
