Cliff A. LaCour is a partner with NeunerPate where his practice areas include business & commercial litigation and advice, employment & labor law, and property dispute litigation. Mr. LaCour has represented several banks and other organizations in matters involving employee disputes, unfair trade practices, breaches of fiduciary duty, and breach of contracts. In addition to commercial and employment practices, Mr. LaCour serves on the firm’s technology committee and has extensive experience in matters involving voluminous electronic discovery. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Lafayette Young Lawyers Association (former president), Lafayette Bar Association (Board of Directors), Louisiana State Bar Association (Community Action Committee member), Louisiana Supreme Court Committee on Bar Admissions (Assistant bar examiner, Constitutional Law), Federal Bar Association, The John M. Duhe, Jr., American Inn of Court (treasurer), and Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. LaCour earned his B.S. degree from Louisiana State University and J.D. degree and certificate in civil law, magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School.
