Loan Evaluation Services LLC (“LESrvs”) provides loan portfolio due diligence for community banks that are considering or actively pursuing acquisitions. We are seasoned bankers with an average of 36+ years of experience, and 3 have more than 41 each. Evaluating bank loan portfolios is our focus and strength. Three LESrvs associates previously served as presidents of community or regional banks, and 6 led their banks as lending executives. Collectively, we have had managerial responsibility for:
