Who Should Attend
The conference agenda focuses on topics of interest to both bankers and their legal counsel. This program is designed to benefit in-house bank counsel, private practitioners focusing on banking and commercial transaction and litigation, and bank officers. Compliance officers and other senior bank executives regularly attend this conference.
Conference Brochure and Agenda
The conference brochure and agenda will be available in August/September 2023. Please note: We will only offer an in-person conference in 2023. There will be no virtual registration option.
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) - Once the conference agenda is set, we will apply for CLE in the below states. In past years, we have gotten approval for 12-13 hours of CLE in each state.

Louisiana Title Agents Continuing Education
Once the conference agenda has been set, we will also apply for Louisiana Title Agents Continuing Education Credit with the Louisiana Department of Insurance. In past years, we have gotten approval for 6-7 hours of CLE for specific sessions on the agenda.
American Bankers Association (ABA) Professional Certification Credit
Once the conference agenda has been set, we will also apply for CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) credit by ABA (American Bankers Association) Professional Certifications. In 2023, we received 14 hours of CRCM credit. Certified professionals will report their credits after the conference at aba.csod.com.
