 LBA's education arm offers a wide variety of services to meet members' specific training needs, including seminars, conferences, in-house programs, educational products and AIB classes. Thousands of bankers attend LBA's workshops and conferences each year, ranging from frontline staff to bank directors.
LBA Teleconference & Webinar Recordings Now Available
The LBA has recently begun offering recordings of past teleconferences and webinars. Teleconference recordings include an mp3 CD and the supplemental materials that accompanied the teleconference. Webinar recordings consist of a web link that will be emailed to you along with the supplemental materials. Online Self-Paced E-Learning Courses
The American Institute of Banking, ABA, offers several self-paced e-Learning courses in the areas of retail, small business banking, wealth management and trust, management and leadership, and compliance. AIB Diplomas and Certificates
For more than 100 years, bankers have taken advantage of the diploma and certificate programs sponsored by the American Institute of Banking (AIB) to prepare for careers in banking or to enhance the skills and knowledge they already possess. Certificates build the skills necessary for a specific position in the bank and can be taken entirely online as a certificate curriculum. Diplomas, which take longer to complete, provide broader and more in-depth coverage of banking as a profession. The programs are continually reevaluated and refined to reflect the current needs of bankers in their jobs today and changes in the industry.
