• Support lending staff in the various phases of deposit and loan generation.
• Prepare bank documents for loan closings.
• Coordinate loan closings with bank’s attorneys.
• Assist borrowing and deposit clients with problem resolution.
Some of the Job Requirements Include:

First Guaranty Bank in Hammond, Louisiana is currently seeking candidates for the Sarbanes Oxley Internal Control Analyst position. The Analyst will perform test of internal controls for Sarbanes-Oxley and FDICIA compliance on behalf of management including and document processes including updating narratives, creating process flow diagrams, and performing walkthroughs. Analyst will support operational audit testing on a limited basis.
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field. Three to five years of financial audit experience, preferably in public accounting. Sarbanes Oxley and Financial Services experience is preferred. Candidates with approved certification such as CIA, CPA, CISA, or advanced degree (e.g.MBA) are preferred.
