Job Description: Seeking a person for report writing using business intelligence tools in the banking domain with an understanding of banking processes and data analytics is preferred. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and understand business needs. Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards using IBM Cognos BI tools. Perform thorough testing and validation of reports to ensure accuracy, and completeness. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation, data integrity, and performance optimization. Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, attention to details, and effective communication are essential. Banking background with experience in Horizon core software preferred. Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline is preferred. Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
